Sending Files

We can offer three methods of sending files to us:

1. FTP (File Transfer Protocol). FTP was designed specifically for sending files over the Internet. Unlike e-mail, it is designed to be able to cope with large files. You might have already used FTP when you download files from the Internet or when you upload to a website.
   As files can be quite large, a broadband connection is recommended. As a Gomer customer you can request an FTP account. You will be able to send us files at any time, day or night.
2. For especially large files we recommend that you send them to us via post.
   We accept files in the following disk formats:
   • CD
   • DVD
   • Zip (up to Zip 250)
   • Floppy disk
3. If sending files by e-mail, attachments should not exceed 3MB
